How to Connect an MT5 Account

Find your credentials
Log in to your broker's client portal and locate your MT5 account number and investor (read-only) password.

Use Investor Password
Always use the Investor password — never your master password. Investor access is read-only and safe to share.

Enter server details
Find the MT5 server name in your broker's platform settings (e.g. FTMO-Server2). This is required to connect.

Sync & track
Once connected, your trades sync automatically every 30 seconds. No manual imports needed.
